In most cases, issues are resolved immediately. Numerous positive reports concerning our specialists and services reflect our commitment to quality support.
Please note that since much of our work is performed manually to ensure the best results and avoid penalties that may arise from machine-generated involvement in key SEO activities, we generally do not provide refunds or money-back guarantees except as stated in Section A and Section B below. This is a common practice among responsible and professional digital marketing companies.
Search engine behavior and ranking algorithm updates are beyond our control. However, we guarantee that your website will be optimized according to the latest SEO policies using only white-hat techniques. Combined with our expertise and consistent efforts, this approach will lead to improved rankings and traffic over time.
All offers and prices mentioned on the website are subject to change from time to time. Any dispute arising shall be resolved according to the final decision of Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd. management.
Section A: Partial Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 120 days from the purchase date, we may refund the cost of your order on a prorated basis, except for non-refundable services listed in Section C below. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days and will be processed via NEFT or RTGS.
Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide a partial refund after 120 days from the purchase date only if it is determined that the service or product provided does not meet the requirements stated on our website. In such cases, the refund amount will not exceed 40% of the order value and will depend on the authenticity and validity of the case.
Section B: Full Refund
- If you accidentally purchased the same service more than once for the same URL.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong service, we can adjust the payment toward the correct service and refund the remaining balance or request an additional amount depending on the situation.
- If a stated feature of the service is missing as described in written or verbal communication, sales materials, or advertising by Covalent Softwares Pvt. Ltd.
- If we determine that your customized project deliverables are beyond our control and we cannot continue the project.
- Refund processing time for approved full refunds will be up to 10 business days via NEFT or RTGS.
Section C: No Refund
- When a user demands a refund immediately after ordering or receiving the service.
- When a user changes their decision after ordering and states they will not use the services.
- When the reason for refund is based on features or services that were never promised or listed on our official website.
- If the project or service has already been started from our side.
